Warranty & Return Policy

GMELS offers limited manufacturer warranties on all eligible products:

Warranty terms depend on the product brand. Keep your receipt and email support@greenmilels.com for claims.

GMELS installations include a 1-year workmanship warranty, covering installation-related issues. This does not cover manufacturer defects.

We want you to be satisfied. If needed, you may return eligible products under the terms below:

Return Window: 30 days from purchase
Condition: Unused, in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items: Installed products, custom orders, and opened electrical components
Restocking Fee: Up to 15% may apply
Process: Email returns@greenmilels.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped at your expense unless the product is defective or incorrect.
